Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days via our local regional warehouses.

What is the warranty period on KuKirin products?

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on core components including the motor and battery, and a 6-month warranty on peripheral accessories to ensure your peace of mind.

Are KuKirin electric scooters waterproof?

Most of our models feature an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against water splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or submerging the scooter in water.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and structured installment plans through Klarna or Affirm for eligible customers.
