At KuKirin, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your electric scooter or gear, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the scooter in its original box, ensuring all chargers, tools, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
